§ 1 Contractual partner

The contractual partner in all sales on this website is:

These terms and conditions apply to all trades originating from a purchase from Level Audio EU, henreinafter referred to as Level Audio to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

These terms and conditions apply to orders that a consumer placed on the website levelaudio.at The sales contract is concluded with Level Audio. The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order. By clicking the button “Buy now” you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

In addition to the stated prices, we may charge shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Payment can be made either in advance or cash on delivery.

If you choose payment in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Delivery takes place within and outside Austria.

The delivery time is up to 7 days. We point out possible deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

The risk of of loss or damage to the shipped goods is ours during time of transit. It transfers with delivery of the goods to the recipient.

Until full payment, the goods remain our property.

We adhere to the statutory warranty policy and the extended warranty provided by the manufacturer through the purchase and/or registration of the product.
